I am not good at gambling, neither do I play any card or Mahjong Games. Our local guide in Las Vegas gave us a most splendid speech on gambling: At any of the gambling place in Las Vegas, people are just gambling against the Casino, it looked some may win, some more may lose, but in the long run, most likely they all will lose. Why? There are two reasons: firstly, it based on the theory of Probability in the most precisely mathematical research; and secondly, the so-called Human Weaknesses push people to make wrong decisions, in winning they come to be more and more cautious, but in losing, they will do just the reverse, so in the end people will lose the game definitely somewhere, somehow.

He also taught some tactics on how to play Black Jack, such as when you are winning, keep the profit about 3/4 and keep playing with just 1/4, this even guaranty you will win at last, but at least you can play a little longer.

“So… how about you? You should be very good at it.” one of us asked him.

“If I am that good, I wouldn’t be here as your guide”, that was his answer.

The city of Las Vegas is surrounded by desert. Our second day here, it was very windy, surprisingly it was not very sandy.

4:00 pm, we touched the land of Las Vegas.

This is NOT our hotel.

And this is our hotel.

The hustle and bustle in the Casino, but it was still the daytime.

I shoot this fancy motorcycle at the lobby of Caesear’s Palace.

Here was supposed to be the venue of a show in the night, but the day when we were here, it was very windy, the show was canceled.

Little Venice, I saw some Gondola boats on the water.

Little Tower of Eiffel.

We were out again to see the night life.

Decoration of a Cafe shop.

Inside the Caesear’s Palace.

We didn’t walk to much in the previous night, next morning, we just had another tour little south to the MGM, and I took a picture of little New York.
