A sketchbook I got at the airport of Langkawi.
This is my second time to south east Asia. My destination this time is Malaysia.
Even though Beijing seems to be much warm and dry (108 days no raining), from my previous trip in Cambodia, I know there must be very humid and hot. I left Beijing on the second day after the big fire at CCTV building, and upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur, I think the local weather is still too much humid for me. I walked about 20 mins around the hotel, trying to take some pictures of the KLCC, … the twin tower, and my T-shirt was wet with sweat.

Inside the Kuala Lumpur City Centre, KLCC is the twin tower building. If you want to climb up, upmost will be the corridor at the 40th floor and further will be just office, and said to be not open to public visit. Ticket needed to go up, but from the ground floor to the 6th floor is just a normal department store, I love here, because of the air conditioning.

Langkawi is just an island in the north west, bordering Thailand. The island is about 55 mins flight from Kuala Lumpur, and here was even more humide. The name of this island is something to do with eagle, so there is a big monument of eagle.

Swimming pool at our hotel, if you want to play with water, better go to the beach, if you prefer a real swimming, the pool is perfect.

City view of Kuala Lumpur, the city is, more or less, much modernized than big cities like Beijing and Shanghai, very clean. But just too hot.
